- 1 pound bag of baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pats
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
Instructions
- Get a saucepan and add 1/2 inch water, butter, sugar, and salt
- Add the carrots to that and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 8 min
- Uncover and raise heat to medium…turn as needed
- Reduce the water to almost none
