Blend together

  • 1 chopped apple (I used Macintosh)
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Spoon/pour into muffin tray

Bake at 350 for 20 min

Makes about 6 small-ish muffins
